Recognizing the quality of healthcare personnel needed in this millennium, Higher Ground Medical Society'’s ambition is to embody the welfare of both healthcare practitioners and the companies that employ them. Therefore, we intend to fill the void by supporting healthcare professionals in their search for the most desirable position in his/her vocation. Our objective is to be a national trend-setter in communities across the nation. To achieve this, our company spirit will remain devoted to our unique approach for representation of the most ELITE human resources in the healthcare industry. We will quickly gain momentum to build profit for healthcare facilities by filling their sourcing needs, as we advance our clients careers.
What We Do
Higher Ground Medical Society operates in affiliation with National Healthcare Careers Network whose network is inclusive of networks, nationwide, that specialize in various sectors of healthcare recruiting. The knowledge of all associated healthcare recruiting companies is pooled, allowing us to efficiently locate and place healthcare candidates in new employment positions quickly.
Who We Are
We are a vrtual national Healthcare Recruiting firm. HGMS was founded in July of 2008 and begin to blaze a trail for up and coming virtual healthcare recruiting societies.
What We Believe
Our ability to locate qualified healthcare candidates is paramount due to the candidate-driven nature of today’s healthcare industry. At the same time, we contract with employers who have the best and most “marketable” positions. These employers include hospitals, retail pharmacies, private imaging centers and clinical facilities.
Our Objective?
Our strategy is to provide our members with career representation while filling the needs of hospitals, pharmacies, and imaging centers.
